These nonprofit groups provide information on remarriage, blended family issues, and more:

Break the Cycle- Provides over 150 practical articles and worksheets for blended family adults, supporters, and professionals. Includes a series for survivors of significant childhood trauma, Grown Wounded Children.

Bonus Families- Bonus Families® is the only international nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting peaceful coexistence between divorced or separated parents and their combined families.

Changingfocus.org - Changingfocus.org provides education and support groups for adults going through marital separation or divorce, or have lost their spouse by death. It also offers help for those who wish to develop better relationship and communication skills. Locations in Central Maryland.

Couples Coaching Couples - a national organization committed to supporting couples in taking their relationships to new levels of commitment, fulfillment, and authenticity. Through local "Circles," each couple is paired with another member couple for weekly peer-to-peer coaching calls. 

National Family Resiliency Center- The National Family Resiliency Center, Inc. (NFRC) helps children and adults better understand and accept the realities of life-changing experiences in their family, as well as give them the guidance they need in order to identify and express their feelings in a healthy and healing way.

National Stepfamily Resource Center- The National Stepfamily Resource Center's primary objective is to serve as a clearinghouse of information, resources, and support for stepfamily members and the professionals who work with them.

The National Fathers' Resource Center- The vision of Fathers for Equal Rights, Inc., is that society will recognize the right of every child to have a healthy relationship with both parents, regardless of the status of their family structure.

The Stepfamily Foundation, Inc. – Founded in 1975 and headquartered in New York City, its mission is to assist you in making your family, as it is now, function well. It has created a successful management system for the stepfamily – who, unfortunately, is the unacknowledged majority. They address the issues of: organization, partnership, couple strength, conflict of loyalties, roles, discipline, the ex-spouse, and much more. They also serve faith-based organizations and individuals. It is the only organization to devote itself solely to these issues for more than 30 years. It has identified the classic dynamics and has established proven solutions. Their work is supported by substantial research involving more than 3,000 people.

United States of America Blended Family Association (USABFA) - The mission of USABFA is to unite, to serve, and to advocate for blended families living in the United States through its website, community events, educational seminars, strategic partnerships, and political lobbying.
